01.What is your minimum order quantity?

The MOQ is based on different products you order. Usually 500pcs. We also can negotiate with you according to your exact situation.

02.Do you provide OEM,ODM, customization service ?

Yes. We have many years experience on it.

03.What's your delivery time?

According to the products you order. Most of the products have inventory so we can ship them to you once we confirm your payment;The production processes of some customized products are complicated, so they need more time to be manufactured. The delivery time of them may need more 30-40 days.

04.How about your products' quality?

We have our own factory that we are able to control the quality of the products strictly.After manufacturing, we also check them again to make sure all the products are good incondition.

05.What's your method of payment?

We can accept LC, T/T, Paypal.

06.Are the samples free or not?

lf it is our inventory products, we are also pleasured to offer free  samples to you, but
the freight must be collected by yours; lf it is your customized items, we will collect the suitable samples cost and freight cost.
